Meal Components Previous Next Our meal components range is all gluten free and frozen to lock in flavour and moisture. The range includes dumplings, stuffing balls, pastry pucks, lids, cases, blocks and a variety of desserts. Please contact our NPD Manager if you have any ideas you would like us to develop. Dumplings Our dumplings are made using natural ingredients. Plain, or flavoured to your requirements, these dumplings are made in small batches to ensure quality. Steam cooked to lock in moisture and individually quick frozen to seal in flavour. Dumplings can be manufactured between 30g and 90g per unit, with a 4KG total pack weight. They are vegan as well as gluten-free. Stuffing Balls Our gluten-free stuffing balls can be made with classic sage & onion flavours, or other seasonal favourites. The stuffing balls are individually quick frozen after being steam cooked, to ensure the quality flavour and moist texture is sealed in. Made using natural ingredients in small batches. The product has a total pack weight of 4KG, each unit is between 30g and 90g. These stuffing balls are both gluten free and vegan. Scones Sweet or savoury, our scones are made with lots of milk and butter to ensure they have a rich and indulgent flavour. Raw and Individually quick frozen to ensure a fresh baked taste. These gluten free scones are available from 30g to 90g per unit, with a 4KG total pack weight. They are vegetarian and gluten free. Pastry Blocks Real butter and milk ensures our gluten free pastry has an indulgent and high-quality taste. Available frozen in a ready to roll block format in shortcrust, ruff-puff and sweet varieties. A 4kg pack includes 4 units of 1kg each. These are frozen raw, gluten free, vegetarian and there are also vegan alternatives available. We also offer pastry cases. Pastry Pucks & Lids Rich with butter and milk, these pastry pucks and lids have a full and rich flavour. Created in small batches, before being individually quick frozen as a raw product. Pastry pucks and lids are available from 30g to 500g units, with a 4KG total pack weight. Vegetarian and gluten free. Choux Pastry We’re delighted to announce that our gluten-free choux pastry mix won the Chef’s Choice award for innovation 2018, in the category for products sold as free-from. Our choux pastry is light and delicate, offering subtle, sophisticated ﬂavours. Individually quick frozen to ensure the product maintains its full flavour. Choux buns and eclairs are available as 20g-40g units in 4kg-10kg packs. Vegetarian and gluten free. Belgian Chocolate Fondants and Brownies Rich and indulgent, these fondants and brownies are made with real Belgian chocolate. The melt in the middle chocolate fondants, or gooey brownie slices are perfect for desserts or as an afternoon tea treat. Fondants are frozen raw in C-PET pots, 100g per unit and available in a 1.8kg pack. Chocolate brownies are available in a variety of sizes. The products are gluten-free and vegetarian. Puddings Chef’s Promise has created a range of indulgent puddings, these desserts are easy to bake and full of flavour. Our Sicilian Lemon Sponge Pudding, Syrup & Ginger Sponge Pudding, Spotted Dick & Custard Pudding, Sticky Toffee & Salted Caramel Pudding and Belgium Chocolate & Orange Pudding are cooked and frozen in C-PET pots ready to be reheated. They are available in 20KG pack sizes, 130g units.
