Dumplings
Our dumpling range includes beef or vegetable, plain, herb or flavoured steam dumplings or baked cobblers; traditional flavours such as cheese or horseradish dumplings are available alongside more innovative Asian or new world flavours.
High protein and nutritionally fortified dumplings have been developed with nutrition and flavour in mind as well as being a source of protein or fibre.
Our dumplings are a perfect way of adding vital nutrients to vegan meals, or as part of a well-balanced diet. Product size 20g to 100g+ available in 10kg bags.
High Protein Herb Dumplings
For those looking to enhance protein levels or reduce carbon footprint in a meal, our high protein dumplings & cobblers are a tasty and easy option to enhance nutritional values. With 6g of protein per 40g portion, the dumplings make a valuable contribution to the recommended 25g to 30g of protein per meal recommended for older adults as well as contributing to essential amino acids to aid the maintenance or improvement of muscle mass at any age. Available in 3kg cases for foodservice and 10kg bags for the ready meal sector.
Dough Balls
A new and exciting range of dough bites are launching in early 2025 with a cheese dough bite, ideal for the dipping or eating as a warm ready meal snack.
The initial range will be completed by a chilli & lime and a garlic butter variant with more exotic flavours to come during 2025. Product size 20g to 40g available in 10kg bags.
Savoury Cheese Crumble
A crunchy cheese crumble, ideal for topping a variety of pie or fish bases, as an innovative alternative to potato. Alternatively sprinkle on top of a shepherd’s pie, fish pie or lasagne to give a tasty bite and improve seasoning and texture.
Savoury Crumb
Ideal for coating a range of breaded products as an indulgent alternative to breadcrumbs or for use as a filling or topping to hero vegetables such as mushrooms, peppers or aubergines to give the vegetarian option a new twist. Available in a variety of flavours such as cheese, herb or piri piri and packed in 3kg or 10kg bag size.
Traditional Pudding Bites
Enjoy your favourite steam puddings in indulgent bite sized portions. Choose from chocolate, salted caramel or Sicilian lemon or enjoy all three as a pudding trio with ice cream, custard or cream. Product size is 30g per portion in a 3kg case for foodservice with different size ranges and packaging options available for B2C customers.
Stuffing Portions
Convenient and easy to serve stuffing portions, beautifully seasoned with a crunchy outer and moist centre. From Sage & Onion to Pork & Cranberry these 35g portions are an ideal accompaniment to roast diners all year round with seasonal recipes options, packed in 3kg or 10k bags. Also available as a 500g stuffing loaf for cutting into bespoke portions.

Convenient and easy to portion cooked and frozen stuffing loaf in 500g or 1kg sizes. Ready to slice in portion sizes to suit the occasion. Sage & Onions, Pork & Cranberry and other seasonal recipes available in 3kg case.
