STEAM COOKED MEAL COMPONENTS
Our range of steam cooked meal components are individually quick frozen (IQF) to lock in flavour and moisture.
The range includes dumplings, stuffing balls, dough balls, and traditional pudding bites.

IQF Dumplings
Our dumplings are made using natural ingredients. Plain, or flavoured to your requirements, our dumplings are made in small batches to ensure quality. Steam cooked to lock in moisture and individually quick frozen to seal in flavour. Dumplings can be manufactured between 30g and 90g per unit, with a 10KG total pack weight.
IQF Dumplings
Our dumpling range includes beef dumplings, vegetable dumplings, cheese dumplings, cobblers, high protein dumplings and flavoured dumplings. They have been developed with nutrition and flavour in mind as a source of protein and fibre. Our dumplings are a perfect way of adding vital nutrients to vegan meals, or part of a well-balanced diet.
Stuffing Balls
Our stuffing balls can be made with classic sage & onion flavours, or other seasonal favourites. The stuffing balls are individually quick frozen after being steam cooked, to ensure the quality flavour and moist texture is sealed in. They are made using natural ingredients in small batches.
